Kzoo Station Incubator Kitchen

Kzoo Station is a community-minded commercial kitchen that provides space and resources for local food entrepreneurs to succeed.

Location for Kzoo Station

From home cooks to seasoned chefs, all are welcome to use our facilities to move their business to the next level.

The three areas of the kitchen will be:

  • Idea Lab: an open consultation meant to help local food entrepreneurs in the beginning stages of their business.

  • KIP (Kitchen Incubator Program): a community-based program that helps local entrepreneurs develop their business ideas and technical skills.

  • Maker Space: Makers, individuals who are ServSafe certified, licensed, and insured, will be able to rent commercial workspace in the Kzoo Station Kitchen.

Launching in 2023…

Recognize this building? It’s the old Good Shepherd Auto in Boston Square, the building at 1445 Kalamazoo Ave., and it’s been empty for more than a decade.

We’re excited to announce that it has been fully renovated to become the Kzoo Station Incubator Kitchen.

One of our goals with this space is to provide commercial kitchen space for entrepreneurs to learn, validate, & grow their business ideas.
